About the Role
We have 3 bars and a restaurant. Team members are rostered and moved across the areas based on business needs and skills.
You will be doing hotel related tasks and greeting, hosting and serving on a mix of locals, hotel guests and tourists.
Requirements
NT RSA is required
NT RSG an advantage
Knowledge of kegs and tap lines
Knowledge of spirits, wines and beers
Experience in taking orders, setting tables, delivering food
Willing to do daily setup, maintencance and pack down
Proactive in keeping customers served and venue clean
Assist with stock management
